HQC: HQC invests in Tanideco

On February 05, 2015, Hoang Quan Corporation officially received the share transfer from the State Capital Investment Corporation (SCIC) with the transfer volume of 100% of SCIC’s contributed capital in Tay Ninh Urban Development and Construction Joint Stock Company (Tanideco) or 504,172 shares, accounting for 40% of Tanideco. The total value of transfer is VND9,226,347,600.
