HPG: Setting up a subsidiary

Hoa Phat Group Joint Stock Company has set up a subsidiary as follows:

1)     Name of the subsidiary in Vietnamese: Công ty TNHH một thành viên Thương mại và Sản xuất thức ăn Chăn nuôi Hòa Phát.

-         Name of the subsidiary in English: Hoa Phat Trading & Animal feed production Limited Company (*)

-         Address: Pho Noi A Industrial Park, Giai Pham Commune, Yen My District, Hung Yen Province.

2)     Name of owner: Hoa Phat Group Joint Stock Company

3)     Charter capital: expected VND300,000,000,000 (Hoa Phat Group Joint Stock Company contributed 100% of the charter capital).

-         Mr. Nguyen Tuan Duong, was authorized to mange VND300 billion of Hoa Phat Group Joint Stock Company in Hoa Phat Trading & Animal feed production Limited Company.

-         Legal representative: Nguyen Viet Thang – Director
