HOSE: The disclosure of transactions of foreign investors on HOSE\u0027s website Recently, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) has received some reflections that HOSE stopped publishing data on transactions of foreign investors. However, this information is not accurate.
Currently, HOSE is performing the obligations of information disclosure in compliance with the provisions of Clause 2.7c - Article 32 - Circular 52/2012/TT-BTC dated April 05, 2012 by the Ministry of Finance guiding the information disclosure on the securities market as follows: “2. Periodic information on trading days: ... 2.7. Price, volume and value of transactions made for each class of securities: a) Order-matching (by each order-matching session and trading day for periodic order-matching, and by trading day for continuous order-matching); b) Put-through (if any); c) Securities trading of foreign investors (if any);”
HOSE has being disclosed information on transactions of foreign investors on HOSE’s website and investors can access the data as follows:
- The total volume, value of buying/selling of foreign investors on the market: at Menu "Trading data" >> "Trading statistics" >> "Foreign investors’ trading." (For example, click here)
- Or investors can access detailed data on foreign trade for each of securities symbol in which investors interested: at Menu "Listing" >> "Listing list" >> "Stocks / Bonds / Fund certificates / ETF ">>" Securities symbol (which investor are interested in) ">>"Trading statistics ">>"Foreign investors’ trading".
