DXG: Report on using the proceeds of share offering

Dat Xanh real Estate Service & Construction Corporation has reported the result of using the proceeds of the public offering under Issuance Certificate No.64/GCN-UBCK granted by the State Securities Commission on November 22, 2013:

1)     The result of using the proceeds of the public offering:

-         Stock type: Common Stock

-         Par value: VND10,000/share

-         Offering volume: 22,200,319 shares

-         Total net proceeds from the share offering: VND221,826,290,000

-         First offering date: December 24, 2013

-         Last offering date: February 18, 2014

2)     Result of using the proceeds of the share offering until December 31, 2014:

-         Total investment expense for Sunview Town project by VND304,239,261,293 including: bank borrowings by VND119,109,413,376 and proceeds from the share offering by VND185,129,847,917. The remaining amount of VND36,696,442,083 from the share offering pays according to plan.
