DXG: DXG receives the transfer of project from BIVI

On February 10, 2015, the Board of Directors of Dat Xanh Real Estate Service & Constructions Corporation approved the signing of cooperation agreement with BIVI Investment Corporation to receive the transfer of project “Hiep Binh Chanh – BIVI Apartment Building”:

-         Project: Hiep Binh Chanh – BIVI Apartment Building

-         Location: Tan Son Nhat Street, Binh Loi ward, Thu Duc district, HCMC

-         Area: 8,250 m2

-         Total investment: VND450 billion.

-         Value of the land-use right and the right to develop the project: not more than VND41 billion.
