APC: Board Resolution No.03 An Phu Irradiation Joint - Stock Company announced Board Resolution No.03 dated February 25, 2015 as follows:
Article 1: The Board of Directors approved to repurchase the shares of the resigned BOD members and employees that were distributed under the ESOP on October 07, 2014, at a price pf VND10,000/share, including:
- Mr. Le Van Mung: 20,030 shares
- Mr. Huynh Hong Vinh: 20,030 shares
- Mr. Tran Quang Huy: 5,060 shares
- Mr. Do Thai Huyen: 5,810 shares
è Total: 50,9330 shares
Article 2: Based on the contribution of Mr. Vo Huu Hiep to the development of the Company, the Board of Directors accepted to allow Mr. Vo Huu Hiep to retain 27,090 shares that were distributed under the ESOP on October 07, 2014.
