On January 12, 2015, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) had Official Document No.39/SGDHCM-NY to remind Vung Tau Real Estate and Construction Joint Stock Company to submit late disclosure on Board Resolution dated December 30, 2014 about selling treasury shares.
