VMD: The record date for seeking shareholder’s approval

On January 05, 2015, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.03/TB-SGDHCM regarding the record date of Vimedimex Medi – Pharma Joint Stock Company (stock code: VMD) as follows:

-          Ex-right date: January 13, 2015

-          Record date: January 15, 2015

-          Purpose: To seek shareholders’ approval for some decisions of the general meeting of shareholders about supplementing business functions on the Company’s business license.

-          Time of implementation (estimated): February 04, 2015

-          Place of implementation: Please send shareholder votes to Floor 6, 246 Cong Quynh, Pham Ngu Lao ward, district 1, Hochiminh city.
