SPM: Reminded of late information disclosure

On January 22, 2015, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) had Official Document No.96/SGDHCM-NY to remind S.P.M Corporation to implement necessary procedure to hold the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. If the company continues not to hold Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, HOSE will consider a higher level penalty for violation.
