NSC: Board Resolution – Jan 12

National Seed Joint Stock Company announced the Board Resolution dated January 12, 2015 as follows:

1.        The BOD approved the business result report in 2014 and business plan in 2015.

2.        The BOD approved to continue plan of increasing the ownership National Seed Joint Stock Company.  

3.        The BOD approved to hold the annual shareholders’ meeting on April 2015.

4.       The BOD approved report No. 110/TTr/CTG-HDQT on profit distribution plan in 2014 to submit the 2015 General Meeting of Shareholders.

5.       The BOD approved report No.109/TTr/CTG-HDQT on salary and compensation plan in 2015 to submit the 2015 General Meeting of Shareholders.

6.       The BOD approved short term credit line of the company from 3 to 6 months with maximum level of VND150 billion.
