MHC: MHC withdraws capital in a member company

On January 19, 2015, MHC Joint Stock Company finished the transfer of all contributed capital in Multimodal Transport and Transport Agent Co., Ltd. (40% of Multimodal Transport and Transport Agent Co., Ltd.). The value of transfer contract is VND8,760,000,000. Therefore, as from January 19, 2015, Multimodal Transport and Transport Agent Co., Ltd. is not a member company of MHC Joint Stock Company anymore.
