HBC: HBC receives the transfer of GLS shares

On January 09, 2015, Hoa Binh Construction & Real Estate Corporation received the transfer of 675,000 shares or 5% of Golden Lotus Securities Corporation (GLS) from Foreign Trade Development and Investment Corporation of Hochiminh City. After trading, Hoa Binh Construction & Real Estate Corporation owns 4,975,000 shares of GLS, accounting for 36.85% charter capital of GLS.
