GMD: Notice of establishment of Pacific Pride

On January 09, 2015, the Board of Directors of Gemadept Corporation held a meeting and decided to invest in planting rubber trees in Cambodia.

-          Project: Planting & Exploiting Rubber Trees Project in Kohgnek district, Mondulkiri province, Cambodia. 

-          Location: Kohgnek district, Mondulkiri province, Cambodia

-          Project area: 9,773 hectares

-          Investment cost: US$27,764,785.

Besides, the Board of Directors decided to establish a company in Cambodia to manage the project:

-          Company name: Pacific Pride Joint-stock Company Limited

-          Head office: 193C Mao Tse Toung, Boeung Trabek ward, Chamcamon district, Phnompenh, Cambodia.

-          Business function: planting, exploiting and processing industrial and agricultural crops

-          Legal representative: Mr. Ngo Tho Nguyen.
