GHC: Board resolution

On 12/01/2015, Gia Lai Hydropower Joint Stock Company announced board resolution as follows:

1. Approve Gia Lai Hydropower Joint Stock Company to contribute VND 56,000,000,000 into GKC Co., Ltd.

2. Stop proposing Mr. Nguyen Dinh Tuan – Chair of BOD to represent the capital of the Company at GKC Co., Ltd.

3. Appoint Mr. Le An Khang – Director of the Company to represent and manage the capital of the Company at GKC Co., Ltd.
