Article 1: Approve the plan for selling treasury shares as follows:

- Total number of shares registered for sale: 431 400 shares

- Purpose of selling treasury shares: To supplement capital to the production and business

- Method of transaction: Negotiation

- Pricing principle: negotiation and approval of the State Securities Commission

- Starting date of transaction: Within 30 days as from the date the State Securities Commission approved and information disclosure was made

- Name of Securities Company which is nominated as the agent to sell treasury shares: FPT Securities Joint Stock Company

Article 2: Board of Directors authorizes General Director to sign documents, papers to implement the relevant procedures in accordance with the laws for selling treasury shares as stated in Article 1 of this resolution.

Article 3: This resolution was approved by Board of Directors of term 3 (2012 – 2016) and comes into effect as from the signing date. Members of Board of Directors, Management Board take responsibility for performing the resolution.
