On 26/12/2014, Dalat Real Estate Joint Stock Company announced extension of opinion-taking via ballot as follows:

General Meeting of Shareholders approved use of share premium to behave accumulated loss in 2013 and 2014 in financial year 2014 but not higher than value of share premium.

2. Time of opinion-taking via ballot

Shareholders submit ballot after selecting and signing in ballots to Dalat Real Estate Joint Stock Company – Address: 25 Tran Phu, Ward 3, Dalat City before 16:00, 09/01/2015.
