DIC: The record date for rights offering

Dic Investment And Trading Joint Stock Company announces the record date for rights offering:

-          Stock symbol: DIC                    

-          Ex-right date:     January 15, 2015

-          Record date: January 19, 2015

-          Purpose: to implement shareholders’ rights

-          Volume registered to issue: 8,000,000 shares

-          Exercise ratio: 100:46 (a shareholder owning 01 share will get 01 right, and owning every 100 rights will be entitled to buy 46 new shares).

-          Plan for fractional and undistributed shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The undistributed shares (if any) and fractional parts will be offered to other investors by the Board of Directors at a price not less than the price offered to the existing shareholders.

-          For example, if shareholder A owns 162 shares at the record date, he will receive: (162/100) x 46 = 74.52 shares. However, because of rounding down, he will receive only 74new shares.

-          Rights are transferred only once at the price agreed by 2 partners and not done again to the third one

-          Issue price: VND10,000/share

-          Time of transfer: from January 22, 2015 to February 25, 2015

-          Time for registration and payment: from January 22, 2015 to February 27, 2015
