2.       Quantity of treasury shares registered to buy back: 5,810 shares

3.       Method of trading: put through

4.       Proposed period for conducting trading: from January 20, 2015 to February 18, 2015

5.       Purpose: to buy back shares the employees who left the Company

6.       Financial resource for the buyback: the undistributed after-tax profit

7.       Price (expected): VND10,000/share
