ACL: The record date for the cash dividend payment for 2014

On January 20, 2015, HOSE announces the record date for the cash dividend payment for 2014 of Cuulong Fish Joint Stock Company as follows:

-         Stock symbol:   ACL                             

-         Ex-right date:    January 27, 2015

-         Record date:     January 29, 2015

-         Purpose: to implement the cash dividend payment for 2014       

-         Dividend pay-out ratio:     5%/ par value (VND500/ share)

-         Payment date:   February 10, 2015        

Place & procedure of payment:

-         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  at Accounting Department of Cuulong Fish Joint Stock Company, 90 Hung Vuong, My Tho Village, My Quy Ward, Long Xuyen City, An Giang Province from February 10, 2015 and please submit ID card .
