-          Name of the subsidiary in Vietnamese: Công ty Cổ phần Đầu tư Develyn

-          Name of the subsidiary in English: Develyn Investment Joint Stock Company

-          Address: 09 Le Duan Street, Hai Chau District, Da Nang City

-          Charter capital: VND100,000,000,000 (Quang Nam Rubber Investment Joint Stock Company contributed 99% of the charter capital).

-          Mr. Tran Xuan Hieu was authorized to mange VND99 billion of Quang Nam Rubber Investment Joint Stock Company in Develyn Investment Joint Stock Company.
