Pursuant to Listing Regulations at the HNX attached to Decision No.18/QĐ-SGDHN dated 17/01/2014, HNX announces that the following stock has been put under alert:
- Issuer: Vinaconex 15 JSC
- Stock code: V15
- Reason: the Company frequently violates the regulation on information disclosure on stock market according to Point 1.6, Clause 1, Article 12 of Listing regulation.
- Effective date: 11/12/2014
