QCG: SSC approves the documents of private placement

According to Official Dispatch No.7050/UBCK-QLPH dated December 23, 2014, the State Securities Commission (SSC) approved the documents of private placement of Quoc Cuong Gia Lai Joint Stock Company (QCGL). Accordingly, QCGL has the intention to offer shares to convert bonds for debt clearing.
