PTC: Board Resolution Nov 28

Post and Telecommunications Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company announced some issues of board resolution dated November 28, 2014 as follows:

1)     The Board of Directors approved to delay the Extraordinary meeting of shareholders 2014.

2)     The Board of Directors authorized CEO to disclose information under regulation of Law.

3)     Member of BOD, Executive Board and related departments are responsible to implement this resolution.
