Paint and Plastic JSC: Paint and Plastic JSC’s share auction cancelled

According to Announcement No. 1155/TB-SGDHCM dated December 18, 2014, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange would like to announce the cancellation of share auction of Vietnam National Chemical Group at Paint and Plastic Join Stock Company as follows:

-         Until 04:00pm December 16, 2014 - the deadline of registration and deposit, there was no investor to participate in the auction. Therefore, based on Article 14 of Decision No.461/QD-SGDHCM dated November 25, 2014 promulgating the share auction regulation of Vietnam National Chemical Group at Paint and Plastic Join Stock Company, this auction is not eligible to be held, and it is considered not successful.
