NVN: Explanation for business results in Quarter 3.2014

House Viet Nam Joint Stock Company explained the fluctuation in the consolidated business results in Quarter 3/2014 compared to Quarter 3/2013 as follows:

Reason: The handover of floors to customers was not better than the same period, so the Company did not gain incomes and profit. Besides, the loss in Quarter 3/2014 was higher than Quarter 3/2013 because the company had another income from contract penalty worth VND10.398 billion in Quarter 3/2013. Especially, The BCR Co., Ltd. brought a profit of VND1.6 billion, and the administrative expense was be reduced, so the cumulative loss in Quarter 4/2014 did not vary compared to Quarter 4/2013.
