LGC: Announcement of Capital Transfer

According to Board Resolution No.18/NQ-HDQT dated December 02, 2014, CII Bridges and Roads Investment Joint Stock Company (stock code: LGC) will transfer the capital contributed in Lu Gia Real Estate Trade Investment One Member Co. Ltd to Hochiminh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company (stock code: CII).
