KDH: KDH seeks shareholders’ approval for a private placement of shares

Khang Dien House Trading and Investment Joint Stock Company announced the record date for seeking shareholders’ approval in writing for a private placement of shares as follows:

-       Record date: December 11, 2014

-       Purpose: to close the shareholders’ list to seek approval in writing for a private placement of shares in order to increase the company’s capital.

-       Exercise ratio: 1:1 (01 share is equivalent to 01 voting right)

-       Time of implementation (estimated): from December 12, 2014 to December 31, 2014

-       Contents for seeking shareholders’ approval:

·         A share private placement plan to institutional investors;

·         A share issuance plan to the company’s employees.
