KBC: KBC signs an agreement in-principle with LG

On the morning of December 18th, 2014, at KBC’s office, Que Vo Industrial Zone, Bac Ninh Province, the Signing Ceremony of the Agreement in-principle on Land Sublease between LG - KBC – SHP. Accordingly, LG Group (Korea) continues to lease another 40 hectares in Trang Due Industrial Zone for the expansion project - Phase 2.

In January 2013, LG decided to invest in Hai Phong city, and chose Trang Due Industrial Zone of KBC to build an electronic device factory on an area of 40 hectares. LG and KBC signed an agreement on land sublease in Trang Due Industrial Zone, total registered investment of USD 1.5 billion.
