HACISCO Joint Stock Company has set up a subsidiary as follows:

-         Name of the subsidiary: Hacisco 8 Limited Company

-         Name of owner: HACISCO Joint Stock Company

-         Charter capital: VND5,000,000,000 (HACISCO Joint Stock Company contributed 100% of the charter capital).

-         Mr. Dinh Tien Vinh was authorized to mange VND5 billion of HACISCO Joint Stock Company in Hacisco 8 Limited Company.

-         Implement date: December 12, 2014.
