FCN: Explanation for business result in Q3, 2014

Fecon Foundation Engineering and Underground Construction Joint Stock Company explained business result in Q3/2014 compared to Q3/2013 as follows:

1)     Parent company financial statement:

-         Profit after tax in Q3/2014 decreased by VND681,943,161 or 12% compared to the same period of 2013 because of the completion of many large projects, leading to financial expense increased 41% and general and administration expense increased 39%.

2)     Consolidated financial statement:

-         Profit after tax in Q3/2014 increased by VND422,274,460 or 10% compared to the same period of 2013 because

-         Revenue in Q3/2014 increased by 38% compared to Q3/2013.

-         Financial expense in Q4/2013 increased and selling expense decreased 34%.
