DXP: Board resolution

On 03/12/2014, Doan Xa Port Joint Stock Company announced Board resolution as follows:

Article 1: Approve adjusting operating plan of 2014 as follows:

            - Output: 4,100,000 tons

            - Revenue: 170 billion dongs

            - Profit before tax: 50 billion dongs

Article 2: This resolution goes into effect since the date of signature. Member of BOD and related departments are responsible for implementing this resolution.
