Danang Rubber Joint Stock Company announced the Board Resolution dated November 06, 2014 as follows:
Article 1: The Board of Directors approved contents: - Mr. Nguyen Manh Son, a member of the BOD was appointed as Deputy CEO.- Mr. Ha Phuoc Loc, a member of the BOD was appointed as Deputy CEO.- Ms. Tran Thi My Le was appointed as Chief Accountant.- Mr. Pham Quang Vinh was appointed as Deputy CEO.- Mr. Nguyen Thanh Binh, a member of the BOD and CEO was appointed as Head of Project Management.Article 2: The Board of Directors approved business result in the first 09 months of 2014 and business plan for Quarter 4/2014.1) Business result in the first 09 months of 2014: By: billion dongs
