DNM: Report on use of proceeds from the public offering

 On 12 Dec 2014, Danameco Medical Joint Stock Company announced the report on use of proceeds from the public offering as follows:

I. Details of the offering

The Company conducted the public offering to increase charter capital from VND 30 143 620 000 to VND 41 691 480 000

Total additionally issued shares: 1 154 786 shares, in which:

- ESOP: 159 451 shares

- Issuing shares to outstanding shareholders: 995 335 shares

Certificate of registration for the public offering No. 19/GCN – UBCK issued by State Securities Commission on 17 Mar 2014

Total issued shares: 1 154 786 shares

Total additional capital from the share issue: VND 11 547 860 000

II. Purpose of the share issue: Danameco Medical Joint Stock Company conducted the share issue to supplement the working capital

III. Situation of use of the proceeds

- The proceeds of VND 11 547 860 000 was supplemented to the working capital of the Company to serve the business operation

- The Company used the proceeds in accordance with the share issue plan, not changing purpose of use

- Up to now, 100% of the whole proceeds has been used
