DCL: PHARIMEXCO fined for administrative violation

According to Decision No.997/QD-XPVPHC dated December 15, 2014 by the State Securities Commission, Cuu Long Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Corporation (PHARIMEXCO) was sanctioned VND100 million for administrative violation because the corporation did not disclose the following documents:

-         Board Resolution No.01/HDQT.CTG dated January 17, 2014 regarding  the profit distribution ratio of 8%;

-         Board Resolution No.02/HDQT.CTD attached to Board Resolution No.01/HDQT dated January 17, 2014 regarding the establishment of Dong Nai and Khanh Hoa branches according to Point b – Item 4 – Article 33 – Decree No.108/2013/ND-CP.   

Aggravating circumstance: PHARIMEXCO repeatedly violated administrative regulations according to Point b – Item 1 – Article 10 – Ordinance on Handling of Administrative Violations.
