CII: Information on auction of stock LGC

On December 08, 2014, the investors participating in the auction of stock LGC issued by CII B&R and bonds exchanged for the shares of CII B&R sent formal bid letters to Hochiminh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company (CII). There are investors bidding for all 20 million shares of CII B&R and VND1,200 billion of convertible bonds at bidding prices relatively higher than the beginning price of VND16,500/share.

-  If the negotiation is successful, CII will gain VND1,600 billion profit at least (including the equity surplus of CII B&R which CII is owning).
