VNG: Adds contents for seeking shareholders’ approval

On October 10, 2014, Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) has issued Announcement No.951/TB-SGDHCM on record date to seek shareholders’ approval for the change of company’s address and name of Viet Nam Golf Tourism Joint Stock Company

-  On October 29, 2014, Viet Nam Golf Tourism Joint Stock Company has issued Announcement No. 136/TB-GOLF on the additional contents to seek shareholders’ approval for transferring shares between existing shareholders leading to a holding of over 25% voting shares of the company without public offering.
