Tay Ninh Rice Export Plant: Tay Ninh Rice Export Plant’s share auction cancelled

The Hochiminh Stock Exchange would like to announce the cancellation of share auction of Tay Ninh Rice Export Plant (directly under Tayninh Sugar Co., Ltd) as follows:

–     Until 04:00pm November 26, 2014 - the deadline of registration and deposit, there was no investor to participate in the auction. Therefore, based on Article 15 of Decision No.437/QD-SGDHCM dated November 06, 2014 promulgating the share auction regulation of Tay Ninh Rice Export Plant (directly under Tayninh Sugar Co., Ltd), this auction is not eligible to be held, and it is considered not successful.
