STT: Board Resolution

Saigontourist Transport Corporation announced the Board Resolution dated November 06, 2014 as follows:

-         The BOD approved to appoint Mr. Kakazu Shogo as Chairman of the BOD of Sai Gon Trading Tourism Co., Ltd and Long Van Security Service Co. Ltd.

-         The BOD authorized the CEO to restructure of the company.

-         Airfare Parts was merged into Sai Gon Trading Tourism Co., Ltd.

-         Customer care center and executive parking were merged into Taxi center

-         Restart labor export services.
