Can Don Hydro Power Joint Stock Company announces the resolution of the Board of Directors as follows:

Article 1: The Board of Directors approved to pay for 2013 dividend:

-          To pay for 2013 dividend: 22%

-          Payment method: in cash or transfer

Article 2:  Assigned Chairman of the Board of Directors decided the record date and the time to pay dividend for 2013 under Law and the company’s Charter

Article 3: BOD members, CEO, Chief Accountant have responsibilities for executing this  resolution
