Approving the resignation of Mr. Cap Thanh Dung as a member of the BOD and Deputy Chairman of the BOD as from November 14, 2014. Appointing Mr. Nguyen Thanh Ngu as a member of the BOD as from November 14, 2014. Mr. Nguyen Thanh Ngu replaced Ms.Nguyen Thi Hoa as Chairman of the BOD as from November 15, 2014.
