PNJ: PNJ sells entire stake in Que Huong Liberty

On November 04, 2014, the Board of Directors of Phu Nhuan Jewelry JSC adopted the transfer of entire stake in Que Huong Liberty JSC to another or other investors.

-  The Board of Directors authorized the Chairman to decide a transfer price and relating contents. The transfer is expected to be conducted from November 04, 2014 to the end of December 31, 2014.
