– Name of the subsidiary in Vietnamese: Công ty cổ phần thực phẩm PAN– Name of the subsidiary in English: PAN Food Joint Stock Company– Address: 236/43/2 Dien Bien Phu Street, Ward 17, Binh Thanh District, HCM City– Charter capital: VND100,000,000,000 (PAN Pacific Corporation contributed 99.90% of the charter capital).– Mr. Nguyen Duy Hung, Chairman of the BOD of PAN Pacific Corporation, was authorized to mange VND99,9 billion of PAN Pacific Corporation in PAN Food Joint Stock Company.
