OPC: OPC issues shares to increase its charter capital

OPC Pharmaceutical Joint-Stock Company (OPC) disclosed its plan to issue 6,428,430 shares to its charter capital from owner capital as follows:

-  Par value: 10,000 dongs / share

-  Total number of issued shares: 12,856,860 shares

-  Number of outstanding shares: 12,856,860 shares

-  Treasury shares: 0 share

-  Number of shares to be issued: 6,428,430 shares

-  Total value: 64,284,300,000 dongs

-  Issue ratio: 2:1

-  Finance resource: the capital surplus at December 31, 2013 and June 30, 2014.

-  Record date: November 18, 2014

-  Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares will be canceled.
