NSC: Explanation for business result in Q3.2014

National Seed Joint Stock Company explained the fluctuation in business result in Quarter III/2014 compared to Quarter III/2013 as follows:

-          Total consolidated profit after tax in Quarter III/2014 was VND23,545,536,270 and decreased 14.45% from Quarter III/2013 because NSC was associated companies with SSC, leading to consolidated financial statement had record goodwill and adjust the dividend of NSC in SSC.

-          Revenue was recorded in Quarter 4/2014 so profit after tax in Quarter III/2014 was less than Quarter III/2013.
