NBB: NBB Corp gets approval to offer a private placement and lock the foreign room

According to Official Dispatch No. 6312 dated November 10, 2014 by the State Securities Commission on the stock private placement of NBB Investment Corporation, the Commission allowed the Corporation to issue new shares.

According to Official Dispatch No. 6313 dated November 10, 2014 by the State Securities Commission on allowance to lock the room of foreign investors by 48.05% of charter capital. Time of adjustment: from November 11, 2014 to the finished date of issuing.
