KDC: KDC completes the process of restructuring

Kinh Do Corporation (KDC) completed the process of restructuring as from November 18, 2014. Accordingly, Kinh Do Corporation (KDC) raised its holding in Kinh Do Binh Duong Corporation (BKD) from 99.8% to 99.92% by increasing capital. The charter capital of Kinh Do Binh Duong Corporation (BKD) increased from VND450,000,000,000 to VND1,144,175,520,000. And, Kinh Do Binh Duong Corporation (BKD) owned 100% of North Kinh Do Co., Ltd. (NKD).
