KAC: Board Resolution No.14 on Capital Contribution

On November 17, 2014, the Board of Directors of Khang An Investment Real Estate Joint Stock Company issued Board Resolution No.14. Accordingly, the Board of Directors approved to contribute 49% of charter capital, equivalent to VND2,940,000,000 in Khang Gia Hung House Trading Company Limited.
