IDI: The certificate for public offering extended to Jan 23, 2015

On November 14, 2014, the State Securities Commission agreed in writing to extend Certificate for Public Offering dated September 26, 2014 to International Development & Investment Corporation (IDI) to the end of January 23, 2015. During the extension period, IDI must complete the distribution of shares.
