-       Ex-right date:    November 03, 2014  

-       Record date:     November 05, 2014

-       Purpose: to implement the first cash dividend payment for 2014

-       Dividend pay-out ratio: 5% (VND500/share)

-       Payment date:               November 19, 2014

-       Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-       Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at the Head Office of SMC Investment - Trading Joint Stock Company: 396 Ung Van Khiem St., Ward 25, Binh Thanh Dist., Hochiminh City from November 19, 2014 and please submit ID Card.
