LOBICO., CORP: LOBICO., CORP’s share auction cancelled

According to Announcement No. 925/TB-SGDHCM dated October 02, 2014, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange would like to announce the cancellation of share auction of Truong An Investment and Development One Member Limited Liability Company at Long Bien Investment Corporation (LOBICO., CORP) as follows:

-  Until 04:00pm September 30, 2014 - the deadline of registration and deposit, there was 01 investor to participate in the auction. Therefore, based on Article 14 of Decision No.340/QD-SGDHCM-PDG dated September 09, 2014 promulgating the share auction regulation of Truong An Investment and Development One Member Limited Liability Company at Long Bien Investment Corporation (LOBICO., CORP), this auction is not eligible to be held, and it is considered not successful.
